Quick Pitch awnings can be mounted on any vehicle and are made from the highest quality materials. The Weathershade Awning Maxx gives you maximum shade next to your campervan, caravan or 4x4. The total length when the Awning Maxx is open, is more than 7m. The awning is extremely strong thanks to the 6 purposeful extruded supporting arms.

This Weathershade Maxx awning unfolds to the rear of your vehicle (like 270 degree awning), but also to the front of your vehicle. This creates a fully covered side of your vehicle, which is perfect for Mercedes Sprinters, Volkswagen Transporters and other vans where the side door is not normally covered by regular 270 degree Awnings.

The awning support arms have gussets strategically placed to strengthen the arms. The 2 hinges are laser-cut and bent from 6mm stainless steel, making them strong, robust and neat. There is also an optional side wall kit available that zips into place – no Velcro used.

The materials used by Quick Pitch are of high quality as proven by many users worldwide. The reason why this awning is called a Weathershade, because it not only provides shade, but is also resistant to rain and wind. Aluminum wires are woven into the fabric of the Quick Pitch Weathershade awning to prevent it from tearing, for example in strong winds.

Like other double-sided awnings, this awning also has 6 arms, but because 4 of the arms are 2.4 m long, you get a very large covered area. The arms are made from two aluminum extrusions one for the length of the arm and the other for extra support. All arms are free standing but ready to attach a support pole if required. One arm comes standard with the a support pole (more support poles available at extra cost).

Both front and rear hinges should be properly fitted for the awning not to hang. No fitting brackets come with the awning as standard.
