MAD AUXILIARY SPRINGS
Auxiliary coil springs or helper springs are fitted inside or next to the existing main springs. They only come into action when the load reaches a certain load level. In other words, when the main spring is no longer capable of handling the increased load. The auxiliary spring provides the required extra capacity when this happens. A spring that works in this way is referred to as a progressive spring.
Auxiliary springs by MAD have been specially developed to provide additional support to the original suspension system under varying payloads or constant heavy payloads. The car therefore sags less quickly and less far. Thanks to the extra spring force of the coil springs, you maintain the ideal ride height and improve driveability as well as safety and comfort in loaded situations.
• Installed inside the original main coil springs or alongside leaf spring setups
• Supplied as a complete set, including mounting materials
• MAD coil spring systems are TÜV certified
• MAD suspension systems comply with directive ECE R13 (operation ABS/ESP)
• MAD suspension systems are developed and extensively tested on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis
• MAD High Quality Product – Made in the Netherlands (EU)
• Reliability - MAD springs come with lifetime warranty
Auxiliary coil springs are the ideal solution when the vehicle:
